Where can you find us?

Pretty much anywhere the party’s at. From music festivals and concerts to craft fairs, markets, and foodie faves like Tequila & Tacos or Wine Walks—we pop up wherever the vibes are high. We’re also your go-to for private events like birthdays, weddings, bachelorette weekends, and more. Brands, let’s collab! We offer custom patch design and can work out influencer-style splits, social media activations, or co-branded collections. Got a cause close to your heart? We love giving back—ask us about fundraiser patches where we donate a portion of proceeds or design something meaningful just for your mission.  Let’s make hats and make memories.

How long does it take to get my custom hat?

Our hats are made-to-order with love! Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. During high-volume events or drops, processing may take up to 10 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but stay tuned—we’re working on making Mother Trucker global!

Can I customize my own hat?

Absolutely! If you’re shopping with us in person at a pop-up, you can fully customize your hat. For online orders, select from our curated seasonal drops. Custom online orders coming soon!

Are the hats one size fits all?

Yes! We use OTTO 39-165 high crown trucker hats with adjustable snapbacks. They fit most teens and adults comfortably.

What if my hat arrives damaged?

We want you to LOVE your hat. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at mothertruckerhatpopup@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Because our hats are custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. But don’t worry—we inspect every hat for quality and stand behind our craftsmanship. If there’s an issue, reach out.
