How long does it take to get my custom hat?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the Our hats are made-to-order with love! Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. During high-volume events or drops, processing may take up to 10 days.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but stay tuned—we’re working on making Mother Trucker global!
Can I customize my own hat?

Absolutely! If you’re shopping with us in person at a pop-up, you can fully customize your hat. For online orders, select from our curated seasonal drops. Custom online orders coming soon!
Are the hats one size fits all?

Yes! We use OTTO 39-165 high crown trucker hats with adjustable snapbacks. They fit most teens and adults comfortably.
What if my hat arrives damaged?

We want you to LOVE your hat. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at mothertruckerhatpopup@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns?

Because our hats are custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. But don’t worry—we inspect every hat for quality and stand behind our craftsmanship. If there’s an issue, reach out.
