Mobile Hat Bar for Bay Area Events
Bay Area hat-bar moments
Our Bay Area hat-bar moments include a concourse activation with the San Jose Barracuda hockey team, a private VIP event with the San Jose Sharks hockey team, the NorCal Rumble professional women’s volleyball team kickoff, and a San Francisco 49ers NFL team family event at Levi’s Stadium. Explore the event photos and videos below.
San Jose Barracuda hockey team concourse activation
Mother Trucker brought its hat bar to a concourse event activation with the San Jose Barracuda hockey team. These photos and videos capture custom hat designs and event attendees during that activation.

San Jose Sharks hockey team private VIP event
Mother Trucker’s private VIP event with the San Jose Sharks hockey team gave attendees a chance to create their own custom hats. This gallery shows guests at that private VIP event with their finished letter-patch and floral designs.
NorCal Rumble professional women’s volleyball team kickoff
Mother Trucker joined the kickoff for the NorCal Rumble professional women’s volleyball team. The women pictured in this group are the actual professional players, wearing team shirts and showing their custom hats—not generic event guests.

San Francisco 49ers NFL team family event at Levi’s Stadium
Mother Trucker’s hat-bar activation at Levi’s Stadium was a San Francisco 49ers NFL team family event. These photos and videos document the team family event, its attendees and red-and-gold custom hat designs. They do not imply official sponsorship or an ongoing partnership.

Planning a Bay Area team event or brand activation
Bay Area event planning starts with the specific city and venue, not just the region. Include parking or loading access, setup windows and guest numbers when you inquire. For an employee celebration or team event, tell us whether guests will design hats together or visit the station in smaller groups.
Our event examples include the San Jose Barracuda hockey concourse activation, the San Jose Sharks hockey private VIP event, the NorCal Rumble professional women’s volleyball kickoff and the San Francisco 49ers NFL team family event. These describe specific event activations, not official sponsorships or ongoing team partnerships. For your own company-branded patches, share artwork and timing before booking.

Give guests a custom hat they help create at your Bay Area event. Mother Trucker Country Custom is a mobile hat bar and online custom-hat business.
Corporate gatherings and brand activations
Our event experience lets guests choose hats, patches and accents, with designs finished on-site. It can be discussed for company celebrations, client events, conferences, brand activations and private parties. Ask about custom branded patches if your event needs a company-specific design; availability and details are confirmed during planning.
Tell us where in the Bay Area
The Bay Area covers different event locations. Include the exact city and venue when you inquire. For an event in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose or another Bay Area city, tell us the date, guest count, event duration and venue access requirements so we can plan your event.
Plan the venue setup
Let us know whether access involves a loading dock, stairs or an elevator, and when your venue permits setup and breakdown. We will discuss space and staffing as part of your event quote.
